Southwest Liturgical Conference Study Week 2024

We are looking forward to the coming Southwest Liturgical Conference (SWLC) Study Week, January 24-27, 2024, in Oklahoma City.

As a result of the pandemic, we have been unable to meet in person since our 2020 Study Week in Tucson. The 2021, 2022, and 2023 Study Weeks were fruitful, even only meeting virtually. Study Week 2024 will be a “hybrid study week” – both in person in Oklahoma City and virtual via the Whova Event App. One of the highlights of our time together will be a presentation about Blessed Stanley Rother, and a Mass at the Blessed Stanley Rother Shrine, which was dedicated this past February. Study Week 2024 will take place at the Catholic Pastoral Center of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City, and the Church of the Epiphany, which is located on the same property. In the designated exhibit space, each vendor will have up to 3 6-foot tables that can be shaped in the form of a “U”. Food will also be served near the exhibit area.

Vendors will be able to exhibit their wares both in person and virtually, via the Whova App. As well, vendors may choose to just exhibit or sponsor virtually via the Whova App.

As a way of encouraging you to return to Study Week, the registration for in-person vendors is reduced from $600 to $300 (with 1 staff person), or $400 (with 2 staff persons). This registration includes a virtual booth on the Whova App.

The cost of registration of a solely virtual exhibit booth on the Whova App remains $200. In addition, there will be the possibility of various types of virtual sponsorships at the cost of $100 - $200. Please save January 24-27 for our SWLC Study Week 2024 and plan to attend in person, virtually, or both.
